Nursery & Kid Care

Mission Statement:
A safe and loving place where small children will be cared for and can play and learn about Jesus from the childcare providers and through activities, songs, games, and books.

Nursery

Our Sunday morning nursery

The LUMC Nursery provides care for children ages five and under from 7:45am-12:00pm every Sunday morning, allowing parents to worship, attend small groups, or teach Sunday school. Parents must stay on campus when their children are in the nursery. No reservation is necessary for nursery care.

Open Sundays 7:45am – 12:00pm

Bring your littlest ones to church to learn that church is a happy place and that Jesus loves them! We tell Bible stories, sing songs, make crafts, dance in bubbles, rock, and cuddle.

NURSERY STAFF
Our Nursery staff consists of both paid staff and volunteers We have a paid staff of caregivers who are Safe Sanctuary trained. Most of our adult caregivers are First Aid, CPR, and AED certified by the American Red Cross.

Our outstanding volunteer staff help offset the cost of our childcare ministry. Volunteers are always accompanied by a paid staff member. We have two-deep leadership so we can provide the highest level of care. All volunteers must be Safe Sanctuary trained.
